About the Role
A high-growth technology firm is looking for a commercially driven Finance & Compliance Manager to lead the financial health and regulatory framework of our digital operations.

This role sits at the intersection of financial technology and operational strategy.
You will oversee the accounting integrity of our IoT solutions, manage complex regulatory landscapes, and build the financial infrastructure that allows a remote-first team to scale efficiently.

If you understand the mechanics of manufacturing, the tech startup ecosystem, and know how to bridge the gap between technical operations and fiscal compliance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
● Become an expert in the company’s financial ecosystem and product metrics to set the standard for reporting excellence and audit readiness.
● Lead teams on fundraising activities, including financial modelling, business case creation, etc.
● Develop and execute a sharp, targeted financial strategy that streamlines revenue recognition, tax compliance, and automated payroll systems.
● Drive financial transparency across key segments, including Manufacturing, subscription models, reconciliations,
● Build and manage a healthy financial pipeline, ensuring consistent cash flow management and accurate forecasting at every stage of the growth cycle.
● Cultivate and own executive-level relationships with regulators, auditors, and financial partners, turning compliance requirements into a competitive advantage.
● Oversee the end-to-end integration of financial tools and ERP systems, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure real-time data accuracy.
● Support operational workflows, expense policies, and procurement standards to ensure every financial process reflects the scalability on which the product is built.
● Identify and pursue new optimization opportunities within the evolving Fintech and digital tax landscape.

Requirements
● 5–7+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or business operations.
● Professional accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
● Experience in developing and executing financial infrastructure and compliance frameworks.
● Exposure to Tech ecosystem metrics, digital payment platforms, or Fintech ecosystems is highly advantageous.
● Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and operational leadership ability.
● Comfortable engaging stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
