We are currently headhunting for a visionary Managing Director to lead a disruptive Insurtech firm based in Oniru, Lagos. This role is for a leader who can bridge the gap between traditional insurance principles and the future of tech-driven financial services.
The Role:
📍 Location: Oniru, Lagos (Onsite)
Remuneration: ₦2,000,000 Net Monthly + Performance Incentives
What you bring to the table:
✅ 15+ Years of Progressive Experience in the Insurance sector.
✅ Executive Leadership: At least 5 years in a C-Suite or Senior Management role in the insurance sector
✅ Industry Hybrid: Deep "Traditional Insurance" DNA paired with a high "Tech IQ." You understand how to scale digital products within a regulated framework.
✅ Strategic Execution: A proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-level stakeholders, and leading diverse teams.
