VACANCY
Job Title: People Operations Specialist
Location: Ilupeju
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations & Administration
lManage day-to-day HR administrative duties that support smooth business operations.
l Maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy in employee data, records, contracts, and documentation.
l Prepare and validate payroll inputs, staff benefits, statutory deductions, and support finance with monthly payroll activities.
l Develop structured onboarding workflows and ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and induction activities.
l Oversee offboarding processes including clearance, exit documentation, and exit interviews.
l Track HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism to support insights and decision-making.
l Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and support digitization where possible.
2. Compliance & Governance
l Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies across all HR operations.
l Support periodic compliance audits of personnel files and documentation.
l Maintain high standards of confidentiality, data privacy, and record security.
3. Recruitment Coordination & Workforce Support
l Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment activities (job approvals, offers, documentation, onboarding).
l Assist in workforce planning through accurate updates of current and projected headcount needs.
l Coordinate pre-employment checks, employment letters, and transitions.
4. Employee Relations & Workplace Support
l Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and services.
l Support grievance and disciplinary cases through documentation and process coordination.
l Assist in executing employee engagement programs and feedback channels.
l Monitor employee welfare and compliance with organizational values and standards.
l Coach managers on HR processes and reporting requirements as needed
5. Strategic & Advisory Contribution
l Provide HR insights and workforce data to support planning and leadership decision-making.
l Participate in organization-wide HR programs such as policy improvements, culture initiatives, or system enhancements.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
Key Requirements
Education:
l Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
l Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Work Experience:
l 3–5 years’ experience in HR Operations or similar HR generalist role.
l Solid understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and HR systems
Other Requirements
l Strong knowledge of HR practices, performance management, and employee engagement.
l Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
l Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and data reporting tools.
l Preferably male for gender balance.
