The Facility Manager will be the custodian of the physical environment at our Ile-Ife branch. This role is designed for a meticulous professional who understands that a cold room facility must operate with the cleanliness, "ambience," and efficiency of a high-end hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hospitality-Grade Sanitation & Ambience
2. Technical Operations & Power Management
3. Safety, Security & Compliance
4. Vendor & Staff Supervision
Requirements:
● Minimum 2–3 years in Facility Management strictly within the Hotel, Upscale Restaurant, or
Premium Hospitality sectors.
● A "white-glove" approach to cleanliness and an eye for detail regarding space aesthetics.
● Must have good interpersonal skills to manage local artisans, vendors, and utility providers
effectively.
● General understanding of industrial refrigeration, Solar maintenance, and facility safety
protocols.
● Must have a Clerical (Chief Imam or Clergyman) and/or Local Government Chairman as a
guarantor
