An upstream oil and gas company in Lagos is seeking to engage a highly competent Talent Advisor to support its talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with management to identify manpower needs and talent strategies.
Source, screen, and assess high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
Implement best-practice talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
Provide advisory support on workforce planning and talent management.
Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and talent pipelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR advisory roles.
FMCG background is required.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and modern recruitment methods.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
