About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead, manage, and grow our branch operations in Lagos. The Branch Manager will implement strategic plans to drive deposit mobilization, expand the loan portfolio, and achieve sales targets while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop all branch resources—staff, systems, and processes—for high-quality service delivery.
Drive deposit growth by attracting new savings, current, and investment accounts from individuals, SMEs, and corporates.
Lead loan product sales, including origination, structuring, and monitoring of retail and SME loans.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and migrate customers to cost-effective channels.
Achieve targets in deposits, loan portfolio, and overall branch revenue.
Assess and mitigate branch risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.
Oversee operational readiness, including branch infrastructure, fraud prevention, and security.
Develop marketing and relationship management strategies to meet sales objectives.
Coach and mentor the relationship management team on products and customer engagement.
Monitor team performance, ensuring profitability, compliance, and staff well-being.
Prepare and present periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).

What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years’ experience in microfinance or banking operations.
Expertise in deposit mobilization, loan sales, and credit analysis.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of banking products, SME offerings, and regulatory compliance.
HND/BSc in Science, Social Science, or related field (MSc/professional certification is a plus).
