Job Title: Fleet Management Application Analyst
Department: GSSC Finance
Reporting To: Controller - Fleet Data Management
Location: Lagos
Salary: 350k
Experience & Training: 4 years’ experience comprising
· At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting
· Application Management
· Experience in data storage and management techniques
· Experience in MS office applications
Job Summary
• Develop, manage, and maintain fleet data reports from multiple sources.
• Coordinate systems for data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting (vehicle usage, fuel costs, and operational impacts).
• Review and improve data monitoring systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Maintain databases for staff, vehicles, fuel, and fleet operations.
• Analyze fleet data to support management decisions, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc fleet activity reports and presentations.
• Manage Fleet Management System applications and support related data requests.
• Perform additional fleet support duties as assigned.
Qualification: A first degree in a reputable organization
