Job title: Boats Operations Analyst
Unit: Fleet Management
Reports to: Supervisor, Fleet Management
Location: Lagos
Salary: 350k

Job Description
• Manage daily fueling operations, reporting, and documentation for company boats.
• Supervise boat crews, conduct appraisals, and ensure voyage security support.
• Coordinate with maintenance, crewing, and security vendors.
• Maintain logbooks, boat manifests, and incident records.
• Inspect vessels, investigate reported defects, and supervise vendor maintenance work.
• Conduct routine safety, cleanliness, and seaworthiness inspections.
• Support regulatory and company compliance and prepare periodic operational reports.
• Provide general fleet support and attend vendor coordination meetings as required.

Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of marine operations, safety standards, and maintenance processes.
• Strong inspection, reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with incident investigation and vendor supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

Education & Experience
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marine Transport, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in marine operations, fleet support, or similar roles.
• Experience working with third-party vendors is an advantage.
