We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build and scale the 25th Console, our proprietary recruitment platform. This role involves automating recruitment workflows, enforcing operational protocols, and replacing third-party cloud tools with a secure, integrated system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain the 25th Console (Node.js / React)
• Develop secure file storage and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Automate recruitment workflows, alerts, and validation gates
• Track candidate lifecycle and deliver Right Fit scoring
• Build APIs and manage platform integrations
• Lead migration and validation of legacy data

Required Skills:
• Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure
• Experience building SaaS, ATS, ERP, or workflow-driven systems

Nice to Have:
• HR-Tech or startup experience
• Platform migration experience
• Ability to translate business rules into automated systems
