Legal Officer / Company Lawyer

Gafford Property and Homes Limited is a fast growing real estate company that specializes in real estate developments, buying, selling and management of various real estate investments for clients and investors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer / Company Lawyer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Handle all legal matters of the company
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and MOUs
Manage property documentation and land title verification
Represent the company in legal proceedings when required
Ensure compliance with corporate and real estate laws.

Requirements

LL.B and BL (Called to the Nigerian Bar)
Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience
Strong knowledge of property, corporate, and commercial law
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N550,000 / month.
