Job Summary
Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a courteous and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Hausa Speaker) to support our customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hausa and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hausa
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
* Provide accurate information about Newedge Finance products and services
* Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image

Requirements
* Fluency in Hausa (spoken and understood clearly)
* Basic proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* HND / BSC or equivalent qualification
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Basic knowledge of computer usage
* Proximity to Ogba and surrounding areas is an added advantage
