Responsibilities:
. Prepare, review, and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
. Develop shop drawings, method statements, and as-built documentation.
. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
. Ensure mechanical works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, contract requirements, and industry standards.
. Coordinate mechanical activities with electrical, and architectural team
. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
. Identify and resolve technical issues and non-conformities promptly.
. Prepare work schedules and monitor progress against project timelines.
. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on mechanical-related matters.
. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
. Assist in material take-offs, procurement planning, and cost control.
. Monitor usage of materials and equipment to minimize waste and cost overruns.
. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
. Ensure proper documentation and certification of completed works.

. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
. Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in a construction or building services environment.
. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/design software.
. Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, site-based environment.
