Net Pay: ₦130,000 – ₦200,000 (Adjust if you prefer another range)
Experience: 2 to 4 years in restaurant operations or QSR supervisory/assistant management role

Job Summary:
Food Concepts Plc (owners of Chicken Republic, PieXpress & Chopbox) is seeking skilled Assistant Restaurant Managers to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring smooth workflow at our Lagos Island outlets. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction, operational standards, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer issues.
Maintain high-quality standards in food production, hygiene, and safety.
Assist with inventory control, stock management, and ordering.
Monitor sales performance and support budget management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health regulations.
Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
Requirements:
1–3 years proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a QSR or restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food service operations, cost control, and stock management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must live within or be able to commute easily to any of the listed locations.
