Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦900,000 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
Dominion Finance Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand the loan portfolio, and strengthen market presence within the financial services sector.

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a finance company or microfinance bank

Mandatory requirement
* Must have an existing and verifiable customer/client base (existing business network or cabal) within the financial services or loan market
* Strong track record in business development, portfolio growth, and revenue generation
* Demonstrable leadership and team management capability
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills
* In-depth knowledge of credit products, market expansion, and risk management
* Ability to meet and exceed organizational growth targets
