Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Salary: ₦120,000

Overview
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building talent pipelines, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering timely, quality hires.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
• Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present recruitment progress reports to clients.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools.
