Requirements:
☑️HND/BSc qualification
☑️ Experience in customer care (e-commerce/retail is a plus)
☑️Good communication & problem-solving skills
☑️Tech-savvy & able to multitask
☑️Must live in/near VI

Responsibilities:
☑️Handle customer inquiries & complaints
☑️Manage orders & deliveries
☑️Provide excellent customer support via phone, WhatsApp & email
