We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Remote)
Location: Nigeria
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree holder, Computer science, or a training certification in any tech studies or customer service is preferred.
1 - 2 years of experience in customer relationship management from any organisation.
Experience in working remotely especially from an organisation that prioritises efficiency in completion of job tasks as at when due.
Sturdy interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach to solving complex problems.
Ability to identify challenges and provide solutions to fixing issues.
Good use of digital tools that promotes the smooth operations of an efficient remote customer relationship manager for the job responsibilities to accomplish.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / Month.
